“The pool was broken. We were told it would be fixed in two days so we decided to continue our check in… 6 days later it was never fixed. No one cared. Our sink was broken in the bathroom we told front desk several times they said maintenance was on the way and no one ever fixed it… 6 days without a sink! The bathroom door handle was broken so that was fun trying to convince my three and six year olds to stay calm while we tried to pry the door open also. Breakfast had a good variety. Social...

“The room that we received was pretty spacious for a family of four. There was servaillance parking throughout the hotel.”

“Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.”
