Our sink was broken in the bathroom we told front desk several times they said maintenance was on the way and no one ever fixed it… 6 days without a sink! “We took our son to his college orientation at Texas A&M Galveston. We ended up leaving much later than expected. This stay we a quick decision and was super last minute. When we checked in the was an amazing and super front desk lady. Very friendly, outgoing and made sure we were well taken care of. The room was amazing, clean and allowed us to cool it to our desired temperature after being in hot and sweaty Galveston all day. We got a great night's rest! The morning came and we enjoyed the...

“Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.”
