“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so...

Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. “The rooms were spacious and clean. I like that the refrigerator was regular size not a mini. The sofa turned into a sleeper bed which was a great addition. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.”
