“Old not well maintained rooms”

“Parking was tight and ac struggled but worse was the plumbing and walking talking just normal sounds that you shouldn't be hearing from next door or next floor ”

“Very nice rooms just needs better bathroom doors didn’t like not having a lock with having kids they like to come in there without warning.”

“Gentleman that checked in was very nice and polite room was extremely outdated, dirty. The sheets seemed clean but overall needs a complete overhaul. There was a large bucket filled with water under the bathroom sink and mold growing from the leaky faucet. ”

“Does not at an aura of safety. Included breakfast had two mini muffins available. Not two types. The entire available breakfast was comprised of two mini muffins. ”

“The room was NOT cleaned recently and you could tell by how dirty the outer toiket bowl was. ”

“I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life.”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter.
