“A little dated. Typical breakfast, tight parking, good beds and clean. Pool was not ready, construction.”

“Had to change rooms 3 times until we found one that had a working heater/ac unit and didnt have items that were broken inside. Rooms needed a good cleaning, floor was dirty and appliances were well worn out. Lots of dust in vents, and artwork frame was broken and filthy with soap stains. Bathroom wasnt well stocked, as we had to go ask for hand soap. No pool available since it has been down for a while one of the staff said. “I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life.”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. “Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. ”
