“A little dated. Typical breakfast, tight parking, good beds and clean. Pool was not ready, construction.”

“Had to change rooms 3 times until we found one that had a working heater/ac unit and didnt have items that were broken inside. Rooms needed a good cleaning, floor was dirty and appliances were well worn out. Lots of dust in vents, and artwork frame was broken and filthy with soap stains. Bathroom wasnt well stocked, as we had to go ask for hand soap. No pool available since it has been down for a while one of the staff said. “The room was spacious, nothing was stocked in the kitchen but supposedly available from the front desk. The room could have been a bit cleaner especially the floors. ”

“I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life.”
