“Everything was very nice. Your staff are very professional and accommodating. Thank you!”

“The only good thing about it , was the costumer service off the gentleman on the front desk. But the room not as good, because it was a not smoking room but people smoked inside the building and it smelled like weed super strong. Another thing was the door to go in the building, people would bang the door so hard on the middle of the night, that it was hard to sleep. Also the air conditioning would make a loud noise every time it would go on. Overall the environment was not to safe. ”

“The staff is very helpful and check in was easy. Rooms were clean and it did the job for an overnight stop. It is very noisy, which didn't bother me, as it is located right off the freeway. I needed a late check out due to my plans changing and the hotel was very accomodating. The grounds could use some definite clean up and there was only one working elevator for the property. ”

“The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The room on the other hand needed some TLC. AC did not work right, TV was not programmed, we saw a couple of roaches, and one pillow case had a dark stain on it. The pool was closed and no explanation was given as to why. Which was a real let down. ”

“Does not at an aura of safety. Included breakfast had two mini muffins available. Not two types. The entire available breakfast was comprised of two mini muffins. ”

“The room was NOT cleaned recently and you could tell by how dirty the outer toiket bowl was. ”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. “So my family and I stayed at this hotel because we were there for our son‘s graduation from Boot Camp however, not knowing the area in the location the Baymont where we live is usually a pretty decent hotel unfortunately, this hotel the property was poorly maintained the room smell of mold there were mold spot in the hallway ceiling.
