Hotel a Dresden

“I booked Tuesday to Thursday to arrive early Wednesday to have a place to hang before I had to work a night install for work. Even though I paid in full they cancelled my reservation without even contacting me. Again I paid up front in full. Then they tried to charge me and said I would have to book another room. Then tried to charge me a cancellation fee for a reservation I didn’t even cancel. Expedia customer service had to call them to get me a refund. Messed my whole week up.”

“This is an older establishment. I stay her every once in a while as I visit family. It’s convenient & I feel safe. Owners are on site yet have employees & I have never seen the same ones twice! Floors are vacuumed, sink & tub & toilet always clean. Pillows aplenty yet pretty well used. Sheets ( and I always take a light to ensure clean) and towels always clean. Shower towels are unusually small so from now on I Will pack my own. This trip I was surprised to see the mini fridge was removed from...
