Posizione privilegiata per luoghi! Splendido nuovo Hill Country Cottage per 10 di Camp Lucy

  • Premiere Location! Siamo a 3 minuti da Camp Lucy (sulla stessa strada), a 10 minuti dal centro di Dripping e dall'accesso super facile a tutti gli altri luoghi della città: a pochi minuti da Ma Maison, Vista West Ranch, Cricket Hill e altro. Vicino a Deep Eddy Distillery, alle cantine e ai birrifici. Ma sembra un mondo lontano! Situato su 40 acri, siamo The Alexander at Creek Road a Dripping Springs. Questa nuovissima casa ha tutto! Atmosfera vintage con tutti i comfort: bella cucina con zona pranzo, soggiorno con divani in pelle e grande TV, nonché camino elettrico. Tre deliziose camere da letto: due sono private, con letti matrimoniali, cassettiere, TV, armadi e bagni privati. La terza è la camera a castello: ha 1 letto matrimoniale e altri 2 letti matrimoniali a castello. Anch'esso ha il suo bagno completo. Ognuno è splendidamente piastrellato, con vasche piene, docce e --- così carino. C'è anche una lavanderia completa! E il cortile è favoloso! Fuori da quella grande cucina c'è un grande padiglione in stile fienile! Dispone di sala da pranzo all'aperto con bancone a buffet, posti a sedere all'aperto, area barbecue (anche con fuochi), un cassetto riscaldante e ventilatori a soffitto. Ha anche molta privacy e un'incantevole fontana. Non abbiamo mai visto niente del genere --- e pensiamo che lo adorerai anche tu! L'adorabile cucina è dotata di frigorifero, forno a microonde, piano cottura e forno ed è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, stoviglie, posate, bicchieri e altro ancora. Dispone anche di un bar, fornito di una caffettiera Keurig e di tutte le prelibatezze per iniziare la giornata!
    La veranda è così carina. È un grande portico meridionale, che corre per tutta la lunghezza della casa. Grandi ventilatori a soffitto e sedie a dondolo bianche ti consentono di rilassarti e ammirare le viste sulla campagna del laghetto e delle colline!

    Un facile accesso da 290 significa che siamo nel paese, ma puoi raggiungere rapidamente "il centro", con ristoranti, divertimenti, shopping e altro: Pedernales Falls State Park, le cantine, Johnson City, Blue Hole e tutto il paese di collina eventi. La dolce città di Wimberley si trova nelle vicinanze, con numerosi ristoranti e negozi. L'affascinante città di Fredericksburg è anche una grande attrazione, insieme alle escursioni a Enchanted Rock. Vuoi una grande azione? Austin è a circa mezz'ora di auto con tutta la vita notturna! Per quanto riguarda le sistemazioni, non è il tuo posto normale; stile artigianale, biancheria adorabile, arredamento selezionato a mano, attenzione ai dettagli che ti renderanno semplicemente felice. Vedrai!

Wonderful stay!

Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing visit! We had all we needed while there. Kitchen was adequately stocked, beds were super comfy, loved the fenced backyard with the covered sitting area. I think my favorite was the front porch that the beautiful view and the rocking chairs. The only thing missing from the front would be to extend the fence to enclose the ends of the porch to keep the dogs in. However, I came prepared with long leashes, so it worked well. I appreciated the solitude and the 40 acres that gave me a beautiful walk each morning.

Comfortable getaway

We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening looking at the gorgeous landscape and grazing horses and cows. We were lucky enough to watch a lightning storm roll in over the hills. It was spectacular! The hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any question or request. The bathrooms were very clean and updated and the beds were memory foam and everyone got great sleep. The house is very well appointed and a lot of thought went into every aspect of this property to make it cozy and unique for guests and highlight the country life that surrounds it.

Family Christmas

We absolutely loved the country house, 5 adults were very comfortable here. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom and we enjoyed the fenced in back yard for the dogs. It was quiet and relaxing. We only had one complaint and that was the kitchen is quite small and we like to cook, the online listing says the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans but there wasn’t a single frying pan, there is no dishwasher, and the single sink is barely big enough to wash out a large pot in, but we made do and it certainly didn’t detract from the coziness and charm of the place. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful.

This place was perfect for the six of us. The property and view are beautiful, the beds are as cozy as can be. A definite plus is each bedroom having it's own bathroom and A/C. We would definitely stay again and 100% recommend it. The owners were very accommodating and so friendly! Thank you!

Quiet country getaway

We rented the entire house (with 3 bedrooms) for Labor Day weekend for just the 2 of us and our 2 dogs, so we could breathe a little fresh air without the sounds of the city traffic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The ductless air conditioners kept the house cool and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the big porch with the rockers, and it was so nice to see what the sky actually looks like at night. Dripping Springs is a big wedding venue, but it is hard to find suitable lodging nearby --- but this country cottage was perfect!

Country Cottage on 40 acres!!

We stayed st the Country House for a wedding at Vista West. We had 3 couples and all was really amazing. The cottage was cozy, comfortable and had lots of room for the 6 of us! The outside porch was awesome in the morning and evening with the rocking chairs and great views. I would highly recommend the property and there is a wedding facility called Wind Song that is being enlarged to accommodate around 200 people (I think). Thank you Matt and Michelle for a great stay. We will definitely be back!!

Spring Break in the Country Home

The Country Home is a very comfortable place with a stellar front porch. The layout efficiently utilizes the space especially considering there are three bedrooms each with a full bath. We were worried about 1000 sf but it is not an issue. Between the large dining table, the two couches, and several chairs, there is more than enough places to hang out inside. Outside seating is almost unlimited with the five rocking chairs on the front porch and all of the seating in the "barn". The home has a well equipped kitchen although we did not take advantage of anything except the Keuring and the refrigerator. There are four, individual, ductless heating/air conditioning units in the home each controlled independently. There is one for each bedroom and well as one in the living area. The home has DirectTV with a television in each bedroom, the front room, and one out in the "barn". The "barn' is just outside the kitchen door and it is a covered area that is closed in on two sides. It is outfitted with a large patio table and bench seating with cushions. Additionally there was a large selection of DVD's to choose from. It is a short drive into Dripping Springs and the turnoff from 290, when headed back from Dripping Springs at night, is well marked with a flashing sign and easy to find. There are several other units on the property and they are in fairly close proximity to the Country Home. You can only see one of the units from the front porch. We were concerned about privacy but it was not an issue during our stay. You can hear the traffic on 290 from the front porch but not at all inside the home. It is a very comfortable place to stay with a great location to check out Austin to the east and Johnson City to the northwest.

A great country retreat!

We stayed in the Country House over Thanksgiving and it was wonderful! Michelle and Matt have a beautiful property that is just far away enough to feel secluded, but close enough to a nice HEB and other modern amenities. The house was exactly as pictured, had plenty of kitchen necessities and overall very cozy. We had a great time and would definitely return!!

Awesome Property

Stayed for a girls' weekend for 7 and the property was awesome. Adorably decorated and well appointed. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome. Loved walking the property. And spent lots of time on the outdoor patio which was awesome Owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy drive to restaurants/wineries in Driftwood and Dripping Springs. The barn is gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful Thanksgiving!

Our family is from Austin but we still wanted to "get away" for the holiday. This cottage is so incredibly charming. We had extended family stay with us as well and it accommodated all of us very comfortably. We loved hanging outside in "the barn" at night and our dog loved the trail on the property. The owners were beyond friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage as a perfect escape and we will be back!
