“Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay”

“It was quiet, which is what I wanted, everything was clean especially the bathroom and kitchen, the only thing that I would change is having it as non smoking, because it did smell of stale smoke and our bed was two king singles put together.”

“We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...
