I’m a Hilton gold member and have never been told before I don’t qualify for gold member benefits because I booked with a third party. But the train noise is absolutely terrible.”

“The room is in need of updating. The air conditioner is very noisy and the curtain was almost torn in half that was covering the large glass sliding window. But the room appeared clean. Overall it was pretty good but for the money you are paying, it needs a facelift.”

“Be cautious when booking here. The property sits right next to train tracks and close to a highway, so the noise is constant and very loud—don’t expect a restful night’s sleep. During my stay, someone even tried the door handle, apparently attempting to enter the room, which was pretty unsettling. Since the property is self check-in with messaging only, there’s no staff on site to address situations like that. “so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.”
