“My husband had to leave before breakfast hours, but the staff kindly prepared something for him to take on the go that morning.”

“Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. He was perfectly nice but seemed confused I was there. Breakfast left much to be desired. I think the room was clean? Hard to tell cause it was pretty dated and worn down. I don’t feel unsafe, but it wasn’t the best experience. ”

“The place was clean with attentive friendly staff. Our remote didn’t work, but was taken care of. The fire alarm did go off at 2 am. We were evaluated and outside for 20 to 30 minutes. This was super disruptive. We were already needing to get up so early and there was so many noisey guests. People were very disrespectful to their neighbors. Talking, running the halls, and slamming doors. The breakfast was great! Lots of options and very clean. Great option. Ready for us early, so...

“Got cancelled from another hotel, they were wonderful to accommodate. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work, they got me a new one, quiet and friendly and had a hot tub!!!”

“Room was great but wasn’t warned of construction and scaffolding covering our window. Should offer a reduced rate for not being able to have the view we paid for. All scaffolding and a crane outside our window. ”

Having bathroom split in 2 ( toilet in 1 and shower in another) made things super easy to share, great idea! Good breakfast, nice welcoming lite dinner, and delicious cookies, well done 👍”
