We stayed in a lodge overlooking the Savannah and it was beautiful just to spend time watching the animals. The rooms were amazing and well kept, the guides were very knowledgeable. Grateful that such a place exists in NSW.

Everything was perfect and presented with detail. The room was spotless, the food was scrumptious, the staff offerred wonderful service. The lodge's location gave us direct view of the animals and the tours and information provided about the animals was fautless. Excellent!

The whole experience was amazing. Our accomodation was perfect. Air conditioned & had everything we needed. The breakfast & dinner that was included was delicious & the meals were huge. The tours included were incredible & our tour guide absolutely made our trip. Cannot recommend this high enough to everyone.

This night at the zoo was worth every cent! Such an amazing experience. I just wished i had booked more in advance to get the room out the front of the giraffe feeding buckets. We were at the back lodge but we were hardly in the room anyway. If you could afford 2 nights i would recommend staying 2 nights. Also the money goes towards the running of the zoo and their breeding programs. My 7 and 9 year old loved it so much as did we. The food was great too!

Wonderful package of accommodation, food and especially behind the scenes activities at the zoo. These included feeding giraffe, seeing elephants having their morning bath and very informative talks about the zoo, the animals and the conservation activities of the zoo. On the face of it expensive for two nights, but all things considered very good value for money.

This was an incredible experience, to go to sleep listening to the animals and quietly drink my morning cuppa watching the sunrise over the giraffes and other animals. The Glamping Lodge was extremely comfortable and I wish I’d had more time to enjoy the experience.

Amazing informative experience
Amazing experience, make sure you arrive early to take full advantage of all that is on offer. Dress warmly for the morning safari. The staff were lovely and very professional. A definite bucket list experience

Loved the staffs knowledge and the way they dealt with the animals. This is our second stay, and the only thing that stood out was that the breakfast had four mushrooms one day and no tomato the following although ordered. Only minor though and we had a wonderful time thanks 😀🌸

Outstanding holiday destination
Exceptional experience. If you are an animal lover this is a trip you should not miss. The guided tours before and after the public opening hours of the zoo make a stay here a most memorable holiday. The quality of food and service were second to none, no effort was spared in making us comfortable.

Lovely cabins/tents. Mine wasn’t all that clean but still lovely. Staff are all lovely. Food is sensational. View of the savannah is great. Only problem is if you’re down the end of the huts the giraffes eat up near the other huts so you need to peer out under the shade cloth to see them and they don’t seem to put the grass directly in front of the end cabin like with other cabins. So you will have giraffes in front of you, just quite a way back compared to everyone else and you won’t have as many animals wandering in front of your cabin. But otherwise lovely. And the allergy food catering was sensational
