“Very nice anniversary stay with my wife. Fantastic property and good amenities. Many many pros and just a few cons Pros 1. Friendliest staff 2. Excellent dining. We HIGHLY recommend Aerie on the 16th floor of the Tower. Also, it’s an awesome touch that it is one of the few places that still has in room dining options. 3. Spa is Amazing! 4. “Clean rooms”

“Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. I understand this was common in older buildings, but an upgrade would be nice. It took a half hour for condensation to clear from the mirror after a...

“Everything was wonderful”

“The views from the hotel were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would text to make sure that we had everything we needed. After we checked in, during the day, before we were leaving. They even asked after we left how things where. They corrected anything that was wrong in a hurry. They made sure we had towels when we asked. They even ran out to us after we checked out because we forgot something. ”

“The hot tub was very, very hot. This hotel was great until it came time for breakfast. I will never pay what was asked for them to "make" food. My fault for not checking what breakfast options there were. Just disappointed in that part of the stay.”

“This was one of my most favorite places that I have visited. I can’t wait to go back again. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The room was very clean. We were there during some heavy snowfall and they were out there constantly snow plowing the parking lot so that we were able to get in and out.”
