“Pros: 1. Clean room and bath. 2. Clean bed/spread 3. Working TV. Cons: 1. No restaurant attached. 2. Too small a room, but has a balcony!, no place to keep items, no chairs! 3. Reception computer had a glitch, 1/2 hour to check in. Verdict: the small room is not worth the price.”

“Poor service, untidy room, all shabby linen, no soap or towels till you specifically ask, rude staff, broken cups for tea which you get after several requests, not at all worth its price. Would never ever recommend and I think it's a shame that such important places have such pathetic places. ”

“It is a good property to vacation … however the approach roads for more than 2kms were in very bad shape. The villas are good, spacious and adequately decorated. The 3/4 bedroom villas are superbly done. Staff is around to help when needed but it takes a long time to respond, on some occassions we had to call front desk multiple times before we got service. While I can’t opine about the entire breakfast buffet since I did not take the B&B plan … what all I had was good … idlis, dosas and...

“ We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...

“Great location and views, but some compromises. The resort is peaceful and serene with direct balcony views of hills and lake. It’s quite remote with nothing much nearby, and reaching the property takes longer than expected due to extremely bad roads (a 2 min drive takes about 7-8 mins). Rooms (Belvedere) are spacious with big balconies but overall condition is just okay—lots of patchwork, and TVs didn’t work. Staff and service are good. Food tastes great but caused stomach issues for everyone...

“Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible. ”
