“This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. “Staff was a bit standoffish at check-in. We felt like we received a “less than” greeting since we’d booked through a 3rd party. The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. “Sevice and rooms was A1”

“We had to wait for over an hour for our room. And it had 2 beds both of the comforters were stained bad. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept or mopped. Only had 1 towel and couldn’t get more. We had to pay extra to get to the concert cause of the wait to get in our room. We paid over $300 for this room when it is usually $85. And the morning we are checking out the manager only said they would refund $60 for the problems and was very unhelpful.”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

“I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”

“Our reservation was lost. They had rooms available but where 10X the amount we booked it for. There was not any type of notification that our room was cancelled or anything. We drove hours to get to the hotel to find out that we did not have one. The receptionist was not kind and we had to leave. Unfortunately, we had to go home because there were no rooms available in town and this hotel was not worth over $500.00 a night to stay in.”
