“My main concern was that the HVAC system was not working well. We were in a bit of a heat wave and the AC was not working very well. Both the quantity & quality of air.

“Questo hotel e in una bellissima posizione sul mare ,ma le camere sono piccolissime ,mi sembrava abbastanza pulita, a parte una piccola macchia sul copriletto , mobilio stile antico, bagno con arredo nuovo e pulito .
Peccato che questo hotel abbia le camere così piccole ,per il resto sarebbe un hotel molto carino, per cui lo consiglio a chi come noi ci soggiorna per una notte”

The bed was (unlike in some hotels) very comfortable. Had continental breakfast each day at £6 odd. It was adequate but no yoghurt mixed with berries like at Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express. “Il nostro soggiorno a Edimburgo è stato adorabile anche grazie ad Aynee Tree Guest House, a riparo dal caos del centro, ma a pochi minuti di bus da tutte le maggiori attrazioni, con una fermata proprio lì davanti.
Il parcheggio per le auto e la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura sono state un plus!
