“Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.”

“Our hotel stay was very disappointing. There was trash left in the elevator, and the pool and gym areas were not properly maintained. Dirty towels were scattered throughout the area, along with leftover food and drinks. The lack of cleanliness made these amenities unpleasant to use and significantly affected our overall experience. And we had to purchase towels, because the hotel didn’t have anymore clean towels.”

“We could not control the air conditioning and the roon was too hot,the showerhead was moldy,no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was sparce with selections,and they held a 50 dollar charge on my credit card for?”

“The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest.”

“The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.”

“Parking was fine. Property was in desperate need of an upgrade. I believe they are starting remodeling. No maid service offered and not given bath towels upon request (realized they were bath mats far too late.) Breakfast was ok, however no forks, yogurt out of date, bacon burnt..... The people were very nice, I just hope the update helps!”
