“very dated, shower knob and shower head not good! bed pretty wore out. paint pealing in shower area. toilet is super low. sink is low as well making a little difficult if you are tall. luckily i wasn’t in the room much while i was there (4days) i’ve stayed here several times in the past decade may be my last. ”

“decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“The staff was excellent in every encounter and no matter what time it was, from the front desk, to the breakfast area, and housekeeping too! ”

“The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!”

“We stayed in colder temps. The heater worked great!!The room needed to be better swept and mopped. Internet access was a lil iffy. Staff was very nice. I did enjoy my stay.”

“Did need to call for shuttle from airport but it was quick and driver was professional.”

“Good if you dont mind a smell and just want to sleep. They are doing renovations which didnt help. The room was dated, the toilet paper holder was not attched to the wall cut out it was in. The people were great. The shower was awesome. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and i felt like a regular sized person in the shower.”

“No ac heat or cabin the room. Bathroom clogged and no one could unclog it. Staff want friendly. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come to the counter to check in. Breakfast was a bag of donuts and oranges and bananas. Rooms were not clean and looked like they were thorn apart and just left. ”
