“Friendly staff, beautiful large clean rooms and amazing food.”

“Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole property was spotless, the facilities were beautiful, the room was probably the nicest one we have ever stopped in, furnished to an extremely high standard and so comfortable. Honestly, don’t even think about looking for somewhere else in the area…you will not find better!! Oh yes, the homemade marmalade at breakfast is to die for too!!!”

“Beautiful hotel and such superbly appointed rooms. Amazing breakfast and so handy for the town. ”

“Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff. Was assured someone would contact me. They never did. The wedding I was attending was good apart from spelling the newly wedded...

“Walking in to the hotel was beautiful but it’s so hard to get a parking space , it’s all been redecorated so went up to our room which was room 6 and it’s very dark so we had to put the lights on in the afternoon, lots of clattering and banging going on so went to reception and spoke to them and they said it was the bins getting taken out I just was checking that it wasn’t going to be like that all night , there is a middle door which was being used and it just banged shut , through the night...

“The hotel is lovely and located well. The only criticisms were the very creaky floor and very noisy coffee machine. A kettle would be great, a lot quieter than the coffee machine.”

“Yes and an excellent chinese restaurant, possibly the best I've had.”

“Posto molto elegante, camera altrettanto elegante, spaziosa e con arredi ricercati. La doccia non è all'altezza del posto e anche il materasso troppo morbido. Colazione molto buona anche se poca la scelta della parte dolce ma giustamente in queste zone prediligono la parte salata. Lo consiglierei. ”

“Hotel bello, in stile retrò/marino. Posizione magnifica vicino alla spiaggia di Ayr. La nostra camera (4persone) era divisa in due stanze ricavate in un cortile di servizio. Stanza principale confortevole ma un po’ umida, l’altra fredda e con un divano letto non troppo comodo. ”

“La struttura situata in una splendida tenuta di campagna immersa nei boschi, peccato che durante gli 8 giorni di soggiorno, nonostante le ripetute richieste, le pulizie e il cambio biancheria sia stato effettuato la mattina dell' ultimo giorno, assolutamente inutile. I receptionist sembrava sempre si trovassero lì per caso, non sapevano risolvere i problemi. Peccato!!!!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our family enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Great value for a family on a budget.”
