“We had a lovely stay at the Piersland house to attend a wedding at a nearby hotel. The breakfast was very delicious with a good selection of local produce. The hotel is in a great location for amenities in Troon.”

“Our room was supposed to be a deluxe double with a sea view, it was very small, only one armchair, nowhere to put your suitcase, no drawer unit to put your clothes, shower room small, with a shower base which looked chipped, no heated towel rail, my wife couldn’t see in the shower room mirror, it was too high, shower room was cold, nowhere to put your soap bag, at £435 per night, it wasn’t good enough, the breakfast was good, we had no hot water the first day, we were booked for four nights and...

“La struttura situata in una splendida tenuta di campagna immersa nei boschi, peccato che durante gli 8 giorni di soggiorno, nonostante le ripetute richieste, le pulizie e il cambio biancheria sia stato effettuato la mattina dell' ultimo giorno, assolutamente inutile. I receptionist sembrava sempre si trovassero lì per caso, non sapevano risolvere i problemi. Peccato!!!!”

“House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information. The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. I struggled to get hot shower, with all the buttons and yhen when I did get...
