“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”

“The listing on the property said breakfast serve daily. There was no breakfast at all. They charged me an extra $49 when it was supposed to be included in the cost, the sauna was closed was not listed on here. The pools were nice. Hotel was nice. It was not satisfied. Didn’t get all that I wanted. It said it on the listings but when we got there, it was not on the listings. The lady said they never have breakfast and told me it was not on a website and I showed that it was front desk was nasty...

“Let's go with the positives!!! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Beds comfy, ungraded furniture and refrigerator. We stayed here 3 yrs ago and loved it! Older property, great location, rooms with no frills but clean. This stay, eh I was disappointed. The check in was virtual, like an Air BNB. The interior of the room was either caulked or drywall patched to the hilt. The tub had a very slow drain, notified the property and it was repaired quickly. We noticed gnats in the bathroom and the pool was...

“This was the worst properly that I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. There rooms were extremely outdated, there was black mold in the rooms, the indoor pool area were dirty. One of the hot tubs was taped off and the other one had a thick foam in it. Customer service was terrible we couldn’t even get an extra blanket Expedia or the hotel didn’t offer any resolution. I I feel like I got robbed. ”
