“This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL/RESORT EVER!!!! Bait and switch!!! The property is completely run down, the room was awful, they had a 24 inch computer monitor as a tv (that didn’t work)!!! The net for the mosquitos was dirty. Let’s get to the bathroom, the tiles were worn, cracked!!! The water was cold( was told the hot water WAS on, but was not!!!) The water fixtures came apart!!! The towel were still looking dirty!!! Then there was a huge trail of ants (small ants) by the door...
