“Raramente i best western deludono. Questo è pulito, ben gestito, con personale accogliente. Il centro di Newcastle e a 10 minuti di auto”

“Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato”

“Get a room on the top floor! I arrived around 4pm dropped bags and headed out to meet my son. I got back around 9pm.to get an early night as was shattered. No such luck, there was banging and furniture moving from the floor above until way after 11pm. I thought it was noisy guests but discovered on Saturday it was the hotel refurbishing a room! Not ideal..and no chance of sleeping. Go to Saturday. I come back in the afternoon again to get some rest before heading out and lucky me more noise for...

“Do not stay here, it needs demolishing. If you are desperate for somewhere to sleep consider getting a sleeping bag and sleeping on the streets! It was a walk in, walk out and find another hotel scenario!”

“Room was damp and smelt horrible, particularly the bathroom. Was also very noisey from the floor above”

“Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.”
