“The service at reception was among the best I've ever received. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young woman named Ana Victoria, and upon departure, I was seen off and helped with a breakfast mix-up by an Asian young man. Both were very attentive. The room was very clean and everything was in order. Without a doubt, don't hesitate; this is the best hotel in DC.”
