“This property was centrally located to all the tourist sites and metro for getting around DC. Our first time to DC and we picked the right place to stay. The room was very quiet and bed was nice for sleeping. Would recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“This was such a bad experience. First, they charge me for my room at check in even though I paid in full when I made the reservation. Secondly, I thought breakfast was included but was informed it wasn't (not sure if I misread that). Third, I chose this place specifically for the pool just to find out they won't open it until Memorial Day weekend. I was so disappointed since my five-year-old was looking forward to some indoor pool time. Aside from that the front desk was not helpful and rude...

“I stayed in room 411. There are no towel hangers in the bathroom. The caulking in the shower area is peeling or moulding in some areas. The bathroom vanity counter top is not level, water pools and travels to the left side and wets anything you keep there. The room is great; the carpet feels a bit dirty and soapy (probably has soap residue from being washed at some point in time. The room felt a bit dim even after all lights were turned on. ”
