“Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, next to the garden of dreams which was a good marker when travelling around Kathmandu. Short walk into the Thamel nightlife, restaurants and bars. Money exchange office very close to the hotel with the rates the same as others within the city. Pick up from the airport was included and helpful in initially finding the hotel. For the return to the airport the hotel arranged a minibus and we paid, about £5. The only downside...

“Always stay in Nepali Ghar in Kathmandu, and really love it. Super quiet at the edge of Thamel, but only 5mins walk from the main buzz. Lovely garden restaurant and rooms always perfect. Staff are great too. Will miss it when I head home to Scotland tonight 😎”
