Good location, where you can reach downtown on foot, nice staff, excellent service, as the room was cold and the technical service intervened to fix the problem very quickly.

Hotel che rispetta gli standard della compagnia. Pulizia, cortesia e ubicazione ottimo! Hotel vicino al centro della città solo 2 fermate di metro. Un solo appunto da fare, la mancanza del bollitore dell’acqua in camera per prepararsi un caffè.

Buon albergo in città, a due passi dalla metropoli
E' stato un gradevole soggiorno, seppur breve. Eravamo 13 amici che hanno deciso di trascorrere qualche giorno in Germania. Abbiamo visitato la città e ci siamo immersi nel carnevale di Colonia. Abbiamo trovato interessante il rapporto qualità-prezzo offerto dall'hotel, quindi abbiamo deciso di provarlo.

Tutto ok, hotel consigliato
L hotel ha veramente tutto quello che serve compresa il ristorante interno, la palestra, la vasca in bagno, stanze larghe e tv di ultima generazione. Il personale è molto cordiale e le stanze molto pulite

Meraviglioso albergo a 10 minuti dal centro
Quando abbiamo prenotato non credevamo fosse di certo un hotel del genere. Un 4 stelle con tutti i comfort e dal design moderno, camere spaziose e ottimamente puite. In più è sia attaccato al centro sia ad una zona residenziale!

Grande e comodo hotel vicino al centro della città
Collegamenti con il centro città eccellenti soprattutto un collegamento rapido con l'aereoporto raggiungibile in treno in appena 15 minuti. Troppo caro per un 4 stelle in occasione di manifestazioni fieristiche.

The Hotel is great value for money and rooms, bar and staff are all exemplary. The walk to the station doesn’t always feel the safest but there is a U Starion opposite for easy access into the old town.. which is a long walk. All in all an excellent place to base yourself, especially as we were using the train a lot to get around the region.

ホテルのWi-Fiがフロントでは繋がり部屋に入ると切断されてしまいを繰り返し。Wi-Fiが繋がらないと何も出来ないじゃあないかとフロントに訴えても I am sorry for your inconvenience. 実際、フロントとしては何も出来ないのでしょうが、全館無料Wi-Fiを売りにしているホテルのはずなので、評価を下げました。

Wir haben jedes Mal mehr als 145 Minuten auf den Aufzug gewartet - der ist so unglaublich schlecht Programmiert, eine Zumutung. Im Bad sind die Fugen schimmelig - aber ansonsten passt alles.

Einchecken war schon schwierig, die Dame am Empfang war leicht überfordert, wollte dann auch nochmal den Buchungspreis verlangen obwohl bereits vorab bezahlt wurde. Bei 3 Personen 1 Zimmerkarte und man benötigt eine zimmerkarte für Licht und Lüftung. Dann Eiskaltes Zimmer (defekte Lüftung) bei -10 grad draußen...unhöfliche Reaktion auf Beanstandung, nur nach mehrfacher bitte ein neues Zimmer erhalten. War dann zwar nur noch ein ganz kleines Zimmer aber die Heizung ging. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war provisorisch in Seminarräumen aufgebaut... Auswahl war i.O. Eingangshalle sieht sehr einladend aus - aber das Personal und die Zimmer lassen doch ein wenig zu wünschen übrig.

Clean, comfortable beds, white clean bed sheets, free ok wifi, nice staff. Very close entrance to the sub, so very accesible. Nice neighborhood…. But, no smart TV, so be ware, that ideally one has to bring some cable adapter to see movies or shows from personal celular or tablet… on holidays no restaurant service, they sell at the lobby, drinks and snacks from third party though. breakfast (if not included in your room, kind of expensive).
