“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Clean, on 27th floor, views were amazing, conveniently located, only feedback would be to provide more pillows as only two in second room and very flat, overall would recommend and would stay again ”

“The property is very clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and considerate. The rooms are comfortable. The continental breakfast is one of the best we've had and the Oxbow provides a very good dining experience.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The room has a modern, clean look and was completely quiet at night with good blackout drapes. The amenities were excellent. Kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, well placed outlets with USB-B and USB-C plugs integrated. Nespresso machine and separate kettle for tea. There was a filtered water and ice machine in the hallway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the large shower has a place to put your foot when shaving your legs. “We consider that this hotel has the best location. Very close to the park, downtown shops and Chinatown. The pool and sauna area are spectacular. The breakfast was a bit ‘touristy’ quality wise, I’ve had more refined breakfasts at other Westin properties.”
