“In my room there wasn't a bathtub, but a walk in shower. This was great for us as we are older adults with some disabilities. What I didn't like, was the toilet was low on the floor.”

“Old building needing updates. Loud. Breakfast is poor. Restaurant is open odd hours. Staff however were exceptional! A bit of a stretch calling this “Riverfront “.”

“I stayed 6 days and requested my room to be cleaned twice. It was only cleaned once on the fourth day I was there.”

“The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...
