“Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths.”

“An absolutely comfortable home with a beautiful "mountain cabin feel" and having an excellent layout so everyone has their own space. Large bedrooms, great kitchen, perfect dining room and a drive big enough for our cars. We so loved out the living room was "warm and comfortable and the dining room felt like it was out of a movie set". Plus, it is a brief easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Basalt.”

“Very nice kitchen, large spaces, great location to Basalt and ski areas. Completely satisfied our needs, nice to find a basic house in ski country. Figuring out the heat and thermostats took a little time, and the lights above the kitchen counter never came on. Few wall hangings, decorations, or mirrors. However, I would definitely stay there again.”

“This property is stunning. The house is beautiful and secluded yet close to town and Ski Cooper. We had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen and everything was clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This house is convenient to all things Leadville. We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with family from across the country. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and lots of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking ware and condiments/spices. Overall, a perfect place for our needs.”

“The home overall was great. We loved the main living spaces, 5 bedrooms and hot tub on the balcony. The only feedback is that the oven didnt work which the property management and maintenance was very responsive. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the oven during our stay. Great West Vail location overlooking the creek!”

“This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). “Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, simple to use and timely!...

“Very cozy townhome with plenty of space for my friends and I. The furniture and appliances felt new and lux. The owners had excellent communication and were willing to help at every turn. Fantastic house, with easy access to vail mountain.”

“First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. The hosts sent someone over to make them. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until bedtime that there were no top sheets on the three beds she made. Also, the thermostat automatically turned down...

“Serene is an appropriate title for this property. Tucked away in West Vail, it was easily accessible, close to the bus line and freeway, and provided ample room for our family's mud season visit to Vail. Super clean and tidy, with all the amenities of home. The property manager was very accessible, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We will definitely check for availability here when we plan our next trip to Vail!”

“Very nice lodge-type condominium, clean and comfortable, great shower, great breakfast. Only downsides were the kitchen countertop was crowded with a second microwave, and I wished the small bag of coffee grounds indicated the weight so I would know how much water to add. ”
