“#1 Southern Oregon is footsteps away. We were at the tour start stop withing a 5 minute walk. Our room was very clean and included a good sized mini fridge, A K-cup machine and assorted PODS. More PODS were available in the office. The pool was clean and there were chairs and towels located at the pool. Ice machine worked great. We had breakfast two days. On both days there were juices, coffee, yogurts. muffins, bread/bagel selection, butter/cream cheese/jam, make your own waffles with and stuff...

“The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. “I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel during a wedding trip. The first room I was assigned was horrendous. The toilet didn't work at all, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — stained, covered in putty, and utterly disgusting. The toilet was constantly running, filled with toilet paper, and refused to flush, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. The front desk clerk was obviously overwhelmed with all the guests, but she was surprisingly attentive...

“Our room was disgusting. There was bacteria growing in the shower and had obviously not been cleaned. There was mystery green liquid on the ground. Stains on the lamp shades. Overall disgusting and not worth $220/night. We tried to talk to the hotel staff on our way out and we were told the manager would contact us but no one has contacted us.”
