The location is truly special and makes the stay very enjoyable. However, while the property used to be very clean, it now seems that housekeeping could be improved. “I stay in Ashland often, my daughter plays sports for the University. This place is great for a quick overnight stay with a great proximity to the University and a really great price. It’s clean. Other popular budget motels in the area are not nearly as clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no breakfast, but for the price I wouldn’t expect that.
