“This property is very nasty and very gross and I would not recommend staying here ever”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. But the tiny complementary bottle of lotion had been used and half gone. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were dirty and slimy. A friend was in the next room and said they didn't even get any lotion and their shampoo dispenser was completely out of shampoo. “Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.”
