Resort a Keno

“I was in a horrible accident and went to see family that lives in Keno but I can’t navigate their property in my current condition. Most of my family stayed at local hotels and they regretted it when they saw the beautiful house. The kitchen was well equipped we were able to prepare meals and eat together the scenery is amazing. “The pool and hot tub were closed all 3 days. I specifically booked for the pool. I was never told, even when I asked about it at check in, that it would be closed. I asked for a discount and was told yes, but never recieved one even after a follow up call. Hotels need to be more accountable for false advertising and let people know when amenities will be closed and not available. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but also, it is next to an airbase that practices jet takeoffs after 9 in...
