“Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.”

“Very clean hotel, even with allowing pets! Our kids loved the pool and I loved that there was a considerable shallow end for the little ones. We will definitely stay here again when we pass through!”

“Decent cheap place to stay. Clean. Disappointed because hotel worker did not mention breakfast times at check-in. It's 6am to 9am which needs to change across all hotels. Not everyone wants to wake up at the crack of dawn to waddle downstairs for food. Some of us are on vacation and want to sleep in. Great place to stay if visiting the Stones River battlefield; only a few minutes drive away from this hotel. Would stay here again.”

“Well, I thought I had booked another location, but how pleasantly surprised I was! Staff was wonderful, we were in a comfy room. We generally stay at Holiday Inn due to the soft beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities for showering, etc. The strange thing was breakfast was extra charge. Had not had that experience before, but paid during booking. Good hot breakfast to get us up and on the road. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice area, but rain moved in...
