“The staff were brilliant and made our stay so enjoyable. Food was excellent both for the breakfast and evening meal. Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. The pub felt warm and cosy was festooned with lovely Christmas decorations. “I went for a birthday party and had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities, including an iron. Breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the gym and swimming pool. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room made the experience even more relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay!”

“Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. “The room was lovely, very clean, good amenities. Staff were great. Sadly, the main restaurant wasn't open when I was there, but the bar was nice. A little annoying to have to pay extra for parking without warning, would have been nicer to be able to include that in the payment upon booking. Overall was a good experience, would definitely stay again. ”

“Very nice country hotel in the countryside near Duxford IWM, reasonable rooms, beautiful old building, free parking. All fine except the shower temperature knob was stuck on "burning hot" and when I reported it to reception upon checking out I was told.. "it's the customers' fault, they keep forcing the knobs out". Had the response been "Sorry sir, we apologize" my overall opinion would have been different.”
