“We were just passing through and needed a bed for the night, and the Three Kings was in the right place and what we were hoping to pay (school holidays).
The Three Kings was much better than expected, great bed, good shower with a bar next door that served good food.

Eua or Ewe was on reception and she was helpful the week before and this time as well. The foid eas excellent. The only thing i would suggest is real popadoms with the curry and a biscuit in the room yo go with the cuppa. We will he staying again soon and maybe nrxt time use the spa.”

“I had a lovely night at The Golden Lion. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was nice. I also liked my small but cozy room which came with tea, coffee and some biscuits.
The ONLY issue I had, which was not really the hotel's fault, is that my room was swelteringly hot as I stayed during one of the hottest times of the year. I was provided with a fan, but unfortunately this did not help. Overall though, I had a lovely stay at this...

The extra wide bed was supremely comfortable linen and towels were high quality, soft and comfortable. Very clean throughout. Food was well presented and delicious. We loved the combination of modern and rustic. The outdoor area well maintaned and very spacious. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Towels nice white and fluffy. Only negative is the noice from the road through the night, could do with improved glazing as it’s a main route for trucks ”
