“The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...

“The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back.”

“Very nice location, but very dated and staff unprofessional. No Expedia perks given. I called before checking in and asked if I could park my brand new Porsche GT3 in the garage and was told sure that they had a garage. Then upon arrival and after checkin (where I asked a second time) the Valet said only they could park cars in the garage and even though I was charged full price I had to park my new car outdoors, or I had to park off the premises or let the valets drive it (It has a 6 sp w/...

“The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.”
