“Didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were in town for Sonic Temple 2026, BUT…the Check-In was quick and impressively friendly! That friendliness did not end there. I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning. “There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice.”

“The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!”

“The property is currently being renovated. Many of the rooms are not ready. Due to a huge music festival in the city, many rooms that weren't ready were made available.”

That was very nice and we got to sit with someone we didn't know who was very entertaining. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temperatures. The room was very upscale and clean. Breakfast was awesome. And the staff upon leaving asked about the stay and invited us back. This is the best stay at a hotel I've had...

“Is this how Mariott Fire alarm went off right when my girlfriend and I got out of the shower, we had already previously told the front desk about the fan not working in the bathroom. There maintenance "tech" came up knocked on the door, he said he smelled smoke, and the alarms only go off from smoking. Accusing us of smoking. “Very clean! Pillows were a little on the flat side and beds were pretty firm, but otherwise it was a great stay. Easy to access from the highway and it had several amenities close by.”

“The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival...

“Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand. Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either. Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful.”

“Room was not very clean, walls were beat up, floor was breaking apart in bathroom and in cracks of room, hairdryer was missing, not that we would have showered there because shower was filthy, but there was no bath soap/ shampoo provided. our bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty with stains, and we didn’t even have any blankets. We had 2 very thin sheets and a flat sheet. Other visitors were very loud banging stuff around all night long .”
