“Staff”

“Clean room, nice staff, beautiful breakfast I was able to enjoy out under the gazebo each morning, pool was nice with no one else in it. Great stay!”

“The room was not clean. Yes, the beds were made, but the trash was not emptied, the couch had cigarette ashes on it and in it. I politely asked the staff to address these issues while we were at dinner. They did not. I returned to the same room. Ended up being given a trash bag so I could empty it myself. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am with a “decent spread”. Walked down at 8:30am to no coffee, no hot water to make tea. A couple of off-brand muffins and a couple of generic breakfast...

“Very clean! Pillows were a little on the flat side and beds were pretty firm, but otherwise it was a great stay. Easy to access from the highway and it had several amenities close by.”

“Hotel is roughly 20 mins away from the city. Clean room, hotel, and friendly staff. I had the studio room with two queen beds, a sofa bed and kitchen area. Room amenities and hotel amenities were perfect for what I needed for the weekend. The free breakfast was a great bonus! Although the eggs and hash browns didn’t look appetizing…the waffles were pretty good.”

“Staff never really at the desk. The rooms are smelly with weird stains on carpet and in bed. We left a day early because it was just so gross.”

“The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though.”

“The AC unit in the room was not functional. There were many stains on the bed, along with burn holes in the sheets. Also, there was a bag over the smoke detector, I'm assuming the previous guest tried to make it a smoking room. There was also a fellow on crazy drugs hanging out in the right outside our room, being very loud until 5am. We promptly decided to leave around 530am. Normally don't mind staying in sketchy places, but the sketch level of this place was astronomical. Best...
