“We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities including the delicious meals provided. All the staff were friendly and helpful! ”

“Excellent service. My husband blew a tire pulling in to pick me up. We were staying to watch our daughter’s first Regatta for Ohio State and didn’t want to risk missing the race. The staff allowed us to keep our vehicle in the drop off lane while we went and watched her and fixed the tire when we returned a few hours later. We were very appreciative of this so we could see our daughter row and compete as a Buckeye. Thank you for going above and beyond. ”

“Checking in, the staff was very friendly and professional. Got to the room (king suite) and was delighted when we entered. The kitchen was equipped with a full sized refrigerator, a two burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes and utensils were also included. The living area was also nice with a comfortable couch that was also a pull out double bed. Through the door was the main bedroom with I think was a 50 inch tv. Oh I forgot to say the bedroom door locks so if the kids are in the...

“Breakfast was awful. The sausage patties had slime, the pancakes were hard, the eggs looked weird as if they were reheated multiple times, and the potatoes were overcooked and hard. The rooms smelled musty and the carpet looked dirty with stains. This is by far the worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at. ”

“Everything was perfect! Staff went above and beyond for our family to be comfortable. ”

“Parking was easy. I was able to find shops and everything that I needed. The room was as expected and what I needed. I had an issue with the TV and that was corrected right away.”

“Where do I start? Dental floss pic on bathroom counter. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Kitchen sink a total mess. Crumbs all over stovetop. Bread tie and fortune cookie fortune on random shelves. Photos show fireplace in room but there wasn’t one - and that was least of issues. Overhead light in bathroom strobing off and on. There’s more, but that gives you the idea.”

“While trying to check in the man at the front desk seemed confused that we had booked online and had to make 2 phone calls. After receiving pur room key, we get.to our room and they didnt work, which i think the man at the feont desk knew because he was there 2 seconds later to use his key to let us in. We walked into th room and their was a huge stain on the bes spread, i turned to my husband and said lets just go home. We walked back into the hallway where the front desk guy still was talking...

“Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand. Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either. Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful.”
