Hotel vicino a Sam and Eulalia Frantz Park - Columbus

“The parking lot was nice. Upon entering the hotel the attendant let us know about things that were available. We had no idea of the 530 buffet and three drinks per customer. That was very nice and we got to sit with someone we didn't know who was very entertaining. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temperatures. The room was very upscale and clean. Breakfast was awesome. And the staff upon leaving asked about the stay and invited us back. This is the best stay at a hotel I've had...

“Very clean! Pillows were a little on the flat side and beds were pretty firm, but otherwise it was a great stay. Easy to access from the highway and it had several amenities close by.”

“For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

“Great stay, although check in ends at 10, we had arrived almost midnight and the staff was still able and willing to check us in thank goodness. But just keep in mind that the check in ends at 10 typically. Also locked the key card in the room three times and the staff was so graceful with helping us out (It was not me who did this, my buddy did) helped immediately when the touchpad for the key wasn't working once, they made quick work. Nice stay.”

“We had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. The only issue we had was a screw loose on the bathroom door so we had to lift it a bit to shut it completely.”

“We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. We shopped around to take up time and were eventually able to get into our room 1/2 hr early. Felt weird that the check in guy followed us into the hallway and watched us get into our room. “Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand. Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either. Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful.”

“Friendly staff at check-in, breakfast, and checkout! Awesome late pool hours until 11pm! Love the later noon checkout time. The only thing I thought was strange was no bag liners in the trash cans. Between diapers, food wrappers, etc, they were messy.”
