“We arrived in the evening, was easy check in and the staff were absolutely lovely. Great instructions to get to our room, easy and close parking. We arranged for one of there new rooms and it was lovely upon entry, the bed was comfortable but the room just needs a bit more attention to cleaning, pulling the curtains closed a spider has made a home and been there quite some time, cockroach in the mini kitchen area and the lights in the bathroom had cobwebs in all of them.
