“Amazing service from start to finish! The staff were so welcoming and looked after me and my partner, even offering great perks and services as part of becoming members. Our room was spacious, warm, and had Sky TV. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Plenty of food options are just a short walk away, plus there’s convenient onsite parking. Highly recommend!”

“Staff are very friendly. The room has a nice layout and has everything we needed during our 2 night stay. It was spotless. The corridor smells nice and fresh. The building construction next to the hotel didn’t really bother us. FreeWe will definitely stay here again. ”

“This was a great stay while in Auckland. Near to so many great cafes and the room had a washer/dryer so we could do laundry as we were in New Zealand for 25 days. The bed was very comfy and the room spotless. Pennie was exceptionally helpful and so flexible with an early check in and giving us good suggestions on what to do, where to go and where to eat. A fabulous experience. ”
