“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time.
Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink.
Interesting smell too.
Aircon made a loud sound all night.”
