“Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. “We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“I liked the property it wasn't too bad. However all the windows in the room were jammed I couldn't get them opened. The couple that were opened when we arrived we couldn't get closed.
No one came to clean the room so we had no towels and no toilet paper.
But overall I was still positive about the stay and it was cheap. 😊”

“We’ve stayed several times only 2 weeks ago and great service unfortunately this time with the two rooms we booked together the Fridge Wooden Door was broken in 629 and the Robes were not in the rooms. I phoned at least 9 times from our room to Housekeeping and Reception and never got through. But when I called from my Mobile I eventually got through for the Robes same thing on checking out. Not at all acceptable bad service.”
