“We stayed for two nights at Drift House in Port Fairy and had a somewhat mixed experience. The accommodation itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It really feels like a special place to stay. We also dined in the restaurant and the meal was beautiful, with high-quality food and a great atmosphere. The staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. “I received a detailed email and a hand written note from the owner, which I thought was a lovely touch. Very lovely room, just wish I wasn’t there just for the night cause I definitely would have had a bath!!”

“I wanted to leave a positive review as I felt the manager genuinely tries their best. There's a total lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. You would want to be in a very confident and comfortable partnership to share this room. There's literally NO privacy at all. The bed is only a double which is a let down, especially with the $400 a night price tag. Breakfast is off site but quire good. ”

“Location next to the coffee roaster in town is excellent. Port fairy was a great location to stop. Rebecca’s was a cute little coffee and biscuit shop. Florentine’s were amazing. We did dinner at fish and chips shop at the wharf. Good but take it to go. Park at the end of the point is a must visit.”

“The park was relly amazing although the cabin we stayed in could use with abit of repair but other then that it was not to bad the pool was amazing an the oark was very quiet defs may stay here again”

“Was a nice place to stay. Only could fault a couple things really. 1 day the pool was overloaded with chlorine to the point it stripped my sons osmosis swim shirt from blue to grey and my shirt from brown to orange. And i. The roof of the cabin newds a good c9bweb clean. Oh and luckily we had a lighter as the gas stove lighter had ran out of gas. Other than that was a nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. ”

“As with the super markets, trying to save money, there was no one around. Only a phone number and a text with instructions with a code for unlocking the door. Not impressed!”

“Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend.”
