“Horrible experience, I never experience something like this i just come to the place and the ladie at the front tell me she doesn't have room for me we drive from Colorado to el paso with 4 kids I make the reservation almost half month before and she just tell me she doesn't have room for my family I ask her if she can help to do the cancelation or have my money back or have another room and she just say she can't, I have to pay another place to stay i was almost 11pm , so I don't recommend...

“Do not go to this place. The lady didn’t honor the Expedia rate and charged me a higher rate. Expedia says there is free breakfast but she doesn’t offer breakfast. In the middle of the night there was a drunken homeless guy banging on my door and yelling obscenities. Avoid this place.”

“Requested a room with a city view and we did not get it. The remote control for the tv had no batteries, got a replacement remote after 2 days waiting. Breakfast was supposed to be included and we didn't get either. We did receive some drink and food vouchers, but what we originally requested did not happen.”

“This property really has it all! Cool rooftop and lobby bar. Ambar has great food, all the staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were really stylish.”
