“My stay at the Comfort Hotel was not a pleasant experience. Other than the first clerk that helped me check in, the staff were unpleasant and rude. The hotel was dark, gloomy and it smelled. The hotel advertised that they offered a laundry room, which was dirty and unkept. The hotel did not offer any detergent or was equipped to guide me to a store to purchase such items to wash clothes. The day that I arrived at the hotel, one of the two elevators was operating but up to the second floor...
