“Breakfast options have been changed we usually stay here every 3 months for family shopping trips. We always had Scrambled eggs and sausage, beans, bagels with peanut butter and fresh fruit. Now they only had boiled eggs, plain bread, no fruit, no sausage. Very disappointing since this was a deal breaker for choosing this location over the other ones. Hope management doesnt ”

“Stanza che affacciava sul parcheggio, dotata di sole tende oscuranti (quelle notturna), la scelta è stata: zero illuminazione o zero privacy. La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. La “colazione” è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, allego alla recensione delle foto scattate alle 8 AM. ”

“Check in was terrible. Front desk staff rude. Room was not ready at check in. Staff left me standing around waiting to be checked in but never said to come back after room was ready. I overheard another lady try to check in with someone else and she actually told that guest sorry and offered the bar or food as an option while waiting. The lady helping me was typing like she was checking me in but after standing there for 10 minutes and me asking her if she was almost done with my information...
