“We had a pleasant stay, staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. After a long day exploring and hiking the pool and hot tub were a blessing, very relaxing. In the morning there was a nice selection to choose from for breakfast. Again we were there for only one day but it was a pleasant stay, would do it again.”

“The bathroom sink had a drain stopper that would not budge, preventing the sink from draining. I called the front desk from the room phone several times and was never connected. The internet disconnected several times, and I had to walk to the front desk to speak to someone because no one ever answered the phone. Once I found someone, they said there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation, and suggested I use my phone as a hotspot. I told her they were not getting 5 stars for sure.”
